Refund Policy

We strive to provide transparent and fair service to all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing of our railway agent services.

Ticket Refunds

All railway ticket refunds are processed strictly as per Indian Railways / IRCTC refund rules. The refund amount and processing time depend on the ticket type, time of cancellation, and applicable railway regulations.

Service Charges

  • Agent service charges, convenience fees, or consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Only the refundable portion approved by Indian Railways will be returned to the customer.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be raised before the scheduled departure time. Late requests or no-show cases may not be eligible for a refund as per railway rules.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the railway refund cycle and the payment method used.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of failed or duplicate payments, the excess amount (if any) will be refunded after verification within the standard processing period.

Important Note

We act only as a service facilitator. Final refund decisions, deductions, and timelines are governed by Indian Railways and are beyond our direct control.
